Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your engagement with Alex Rivera for design and development services. By hiring me for a project, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Project Scope

All projects begin with a written proposal that outlines scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing. Work outside the agreed scope will be discussed and quoted separately before proceeding.

Payment Terms

Payment is typically structured in milestones as outlined in each project proposal. Late payments may result in paused work until the balance is resolved. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive full ownership of all custom design work and code created for your project. I retain the right to showcase the work in my portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Revisions

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds will be billed at my standard hourly rate.

Confidentiality

I treat all client information as confidential. I will not share your business details, strategies, or proprietary information with third parties without your explicit permission.

Limitation of Liability

My liability is limited to the total amount paid for the project. I am not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of deliverables.

Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, you will be billed for all work completed to date, and I will deliver all work-in-progress files.
