Challenge
The old dashboard surfaced too much data at once. Analysts were losing time jumping between tables, charts, and account context before they could answer basic client questions.
Solution
I reorganized the interface around priority views, persistent account context, and card-level actions. The prototype covered onboarding, portfolio review, alerts, and export workflows.
Outcome
The redesign reduced the number of screens needed for common analyst tasks and gave the product team a cleaner component model for future releases.
