Challenge

Verdant's products were beautiful, but the store treated them like commodities. The team needed richer product storytelling without slowing down conversion paths.

Solution

I redesigned the product listing, product detail, and editorial modules around material stories, quick comparison, and strong mobile buying patterns.

Outcome

The finished store direction gave Verdant a more premium retail feel while keeping the path to checkout direct and predictable.
