What's your typical process for a new project?
Every project starts with a discovery call where I learn about your goals, audience, and timeline. From there, I create a proposal with scope, timeline, and pricing. Once approved, I move through research, wireframing, visual design, and development — with check-ins at every stage.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on scope. A single landing page typically takes 2 weeks. A full multi-page website takes 4-6 weeks. Larger product design projects can run 8-12 weeks. I'll give you a clear timeline in my proposal and keep you updated throughout.
Do you work with startups or only established companies?
Both! I love working with startups building their first brand and website, as well as established companies looking to refresh their digital presence. The key ingredient is a clear vision and enthusiasm for creating something great.
What's included in post-launch support?
Every project includes 30 days of post-launch support for bug fixes and minor adjustments. For ongoing needs like content updates, new features, or design evolution, I offer monthly retainer partnerships at a discounted rate.
Do you do development, or just design?
I do both. I design in Figma and build with modern tools like Astro, React, and Tailwind CSS. This means fewer handoff issues, tighter implementation fidelity, and faster delivery. If your project needs backend work, I collaborate with trusted developers.
How do payments work?
For project-based work, I typically split payments into milestones: 50% upfront, 25% at design approval, and 25% at launch. For retainer partnerships, billing is monthly. I accept bank transfer and all major payment methods.
